Hues such as turquoises, sea foams, blues and pretty much any shade in that color family, have always been some of my fave tones. When executed on garments especially for the warmer season’s is just PERFECT to me! These shades look fabulous on silks, chiffon’s and other delicate fabrics. Light layers of flowy dresses, tops and skirts are a must have (well… a must have for myself I should say) every spring and summer. Although these flowy pieces are exactly what I am looking for, I can’t seem to be find them anywhere! There is nothing more annoying than looking through magazines, catalogs, browsing online and running through almost every mall in your town to find what you need to pull off the look. All you can do is daydream about yourself wearing what you’ve longed for but can’t quite afford (sad face). I am longing for Proenza Schoulers Spring 2010 collection! This dynamic duo pulled off nothing but incredible pieces for their collection, using some of my favorite colors, yay! They’ve took different shades of blue and many more colors and had fun with textures, prints and designs. Draped mini dresses, tie dye fabrics and stylish trimming frequent this collection.
